A former British minister has sounded the alarm for Western powers, as Russia makes fresh territorial gains in Ukraine. James Heappey, former Armed Forces Minister, claimed to predict the monetary cost of the situation developing in the aftermath of Ukraine's potential defeat in the war. Heappey added that the latest raft of military packages announced by Western leaders, including USA's Joe Biden and UK's Rishi Sunak, won't tip the scales in Kyiv's favour.
