North Korea has reportedly conducted a new weapons test under the supervision of Kim Jong Un, showcasing a lightweight multi-purpose cruise missile system integrated with artificial intelligence. According to state media KCNA, the test evaluated AI-guided navigation, precision targeting, and combat readiness of tactical ballistic missiles and long-range artillery rockets. The missiles are believed to have a strike range of up to 100 km, potentially covering key areas near the South Korean border, including Seoul. Analysts suggest this may be the first public reference to AI-based missile guidance in North Korea, marking a significant development in its conventional and nuclear-capable military arsenal upgrades.
