Behind North Korea's missile tests, Chinese plan to agitate Quad?

North Korea claims to have tested a hypersonic missile on Tuesday. North Korea’s Hwasong-8 is a hypersonic missile with nuclear capabilities, as per reports. The missile was described as a “strategic weapon” by KNCA. The testing of a hypersonic missile could mean Pyongyang is accelerating the race to deploy the weapon so far tested by the USA, Russia, and China. Meanwhile, China is currently up in arms over the formation of groupings like QUAD and AUKUS. China may be trying to make western powers back off in the region using military tension.
