Farmer Protest: Amid Fresh Clashes, Leader Tells Govt To Make 'Big Announcement'; Minister Appeals

Protesting farmers resumed their attempts to march to Delhi on February 21. The stir restarted 2 days after the protestors and the Union government held talks over the former's demand for an MSP guarantee law.
