Hamas’ politburo head, Ismail Haniyeh, makes big announcements in his Ramadan address. The Hamas leader listed five principles for agreement with Israel amid the ongoing war. Despite the best efforts, the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas was not reached before the start of Ramadan. Haniyeh said Israel bears responsibility for not reaching an agreement.
