'Horror show underway': Zelensky wants direct talks with Putin

• Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says he is ready for 'direct talks' with Russian President Vladimir Putin as peace talks remained suspended since March. Zelensky told the news agency AFP that there was nobody else to talk to but the Russian president. With four months into the endless battle, Zelensky says stalemate is not an option. The talks offer comes from the Ukrainian President after he accused Russia of turning the eastern region into dead cities.
