Pakistan's caretaker PM Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar in his first remarks on India targeted Modi Government over the issue of Jammu and Kashmir. Kakar - who was appointed interim PM yesterday - said India has turned Kashmir into a jail for its eight million residents and said that the issue pertains to the people of Kashmir and not just the territory.
