France is witnessing violent protests across the country. President Emmanuel Macron is facing intense protests and a no-confidence motion for pushing through a contentious pension reform without a vote in the parliament. Despite weeks of strikes and some of the biggest protests in decades, Macron's government imposed the bill to hike the retirement age from 62 to 64. The move has sparked angry demonstrations across the country with over 300 people arrested nationwide on Friday.
