Former NATO chief has warned that a few member states would send troops on the ground in Ukraine to fight Russia. Anders Rasmussen, who is also an adviser to Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky, told the U.S.-led bloc to seriously consider security guarantees for Ukraine in the upcoming July 11 summit at Vilnius.
