A former commander of Pakistan-based terror outfit Al Badr was killed by unidentified gunmen in Karachi on Sunday. Dawn reported that Syed Khalid Raza suffered a single bullet wound in the head and died on the spot. He had served as Al Badr's commander in Jammu and Kashmir for eight years and waged jihad against India.
