Poland's Tusk backs Denmark on Greenland, warns NATO members not to threaten each other

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk on Tuesday reaffirmed European solidarity with Denmark amid renewed remarks by U.S. President Donald Trump about taking control of Greenland. Speaking ahead of a Paris meeting of Ukraine’s allies, Tusk warned that NATO members must not threaten one another and stressed the importance of respecting territorial integrity. While backing Denmark, he emphasised the need to preserve strong transatlantic ties that underpin NATO security. Tusk said the Paris talks aim to align European and U.S. positions on Ukraine as allies discuss security guarantees in the event of a ceasefire with Russia.
