Putin Gets Strict With Russian Defence Ministry; 4th Military Official Arrested In 30 Days

Russian authorities arrested another top defence official on May 22. Vadim Shamarin, the head of Russia's Main Directorate of Communications, was arrested over alleged involvement in a bribery case, as per media reports.
