Putin rules out use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine amid war; ‘Dangerous’

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that the use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine makes no sense at all amid war. "Ahead is probably the most dangerous, unpredictable and at the same time important decade since the end of the Second World War," warned Putin as he presented the Ukraine conflict as part of a wider struggle against western domination.
