Putin's secret army, the Wagner Group, could be taking a 'tactical pause' in war-scarred Bakhmut. U.S. think tank, the Institute for the Study of War, said that Russia is sending more of its conventional troops to Bakhmut and the Wagner Group may take a 'tactical pause'. The Institute for the Study of War says the Wagner Group could be replenishing itself for a major offensive within Central Bakhmut. The report adds that a frontal attack on Bakhmut has consumed most of Wagner's men and resources. Russia has already been escalating its offensive on Bakhmut. Ukraine says Russia is increasing its number of airborne and mechanized reinforcements around Bakhmut.
