Putin Starts Recruiting For New Armed Force For Africa, Replacing Wagner; West Loses Key Arena?

Even as the West focuses on conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East, Russia President Vladimir Putin appears to have turned his attention to another key arena - Africa. Putin has reportedly started recruitments for an armed force to be deployed in several "friendly" countries across the African continent. This comes on the heels of French forces being forced to withdraw from Africa's restive Sahel region after military coups. Watch the full video for more.
