Russian President Vladimir Putin is set to visit Mongolia on September 2 for a World War II commemoration. This would theoretically put Putin at risk of arrest on ICC's 'war crimes' warrant. The International Criminal Court had issued a warrant for Putin's arrest in March 2023 for "unlawful deportation of children" during the Ukraine war. Watch for more.
