Putin touts Russian weapons to allies in Asia, Latin America & Africa amid War

Russian President Vladimir Putin has 'bragged' about 'superiority' of Russian arms to its rivals during an address at an arms show near Moscow. He also made an offer to Russia's allies as war with Ukraine entered day 173.
