Putin’s brutal charge against Zelensky: Ukrainians ‘dragged Like stray dogs’ into the war? | Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin has reaffirmed Moscow’s readiness for peace talks while insisting that Russia will achieve all its objectives in Ukraine. Putin rejected claims of Russian territorial losses, describing the disputed regions as historic Russian territory, and criticised Western support for Kyiv. He accused European countries of fuelling anti-Russian sentiment and dismissed warnings of a potential war with Russia. Putin also questioned Ukraine’s military recruitment practices, citing desertion figures, while reiterating Moscow’s claim that it has pursued negotiations since 2014. Meanwhile, Russia says it is ready to resume trilateral contacts with the United States and Ukraine on postwar security arrangements.
