Putin's War Divides West: U.S. plans to trick Germany into arming Ukraine with 'Leopards'

Michael McCaul, the Chair of the U.S. House's Foreign Affairs Committee, has proposed sending "just one" M1 Abrams tank to Ukraine's battlefield. McCaul argues that announcing such a plan would leave Germany with "no excuses" to further delay sending its Leopard tanks to Kyiv.
