Ethan Dean recently lived his dream of being the garbage man for a day. The six-year-old, who suffers from a genetic disorder called cystic fibrosis, had an infatuation with garbage trucks. He has a garbage truck bedspread and pillow. He has garbage truck toys. He's had a garbage truck birthday party. So, the joy on his face as he plays the garbage man for a day is priceless. He realised the dream after the Make-A-Wish Foundation teamed up with Waste Management to take Ethan on a pickup route around Sacramento, US. Ethan was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis as an infant and began treatment at eight weeks old.
