Taiwan Conflict: Japan forms task force to monitor Beijing

- Tensions between China & Japan seem to be growing over the Taiwan issue. The Japanese govt has now decided to form a new task force to monitor the political, diplomatic & military intelligence movement of China. As per reports, this new team will chalk out Tokyo's strategy for Beijing. Japan fears the raging Russian war on Ukraine might result in a copycat Chinese invasion of Taiwan. In fact, in the beginning of May, the Japanese PM had warned of a Ukraine-like invasion on the island nation. Following this, U.S President Joe Biden had threatened Beijing against military action in Taiwan. What's brewing between these Asian giants in this report
