Taliban officials killed in blast in Afghanistan's Jalalabad: Reports

- In a sign of continuing instability and lack of security in Afghanistan, a series of explosions reportedly occurred in Jalalabad, the capital of Nangarhar province. At least three people were killed, including Taliban officials, and around 20 injured. Reports suggested that the explosions were triggered after a Taliban vehicle hit a roadside mine.
