Thai rice fireworks, Eiffel Tower in blue: How the world welcomed New year 2022

Several countries across the world put up a show as they welcomed the new year 2022. Bangkok welcomed the New Year 2022 with eco-friendly fireworks made of Thai sticky rice. Australia welcomed 2022 with a spectacular fireworks display over Sydney Harbour. Tens of thousands of revellers were present to witness the stunning fireworks display. Fireworks lit up Dubai's Burj Khalifa as the clock struck midnight in the United Arab Emirates. The Eiffel Tower in France sparkled at Midnight, adorned with European colours and stars.
