The United States flew two F-16 fighter jets over Bosnia in a warning to secessionist Bosnian Serbs ahead of a planned controversial national holiday. The celebrations mark the 32nd anniversary of the proclamation of Republika Srpska as a breakaway state. The U.S. Embassy in Sarajevo said that the flyovers took part in the eastern town of Tuzla and northern Brcko.
