U.S. To Block Israel's Planned Rafah Operation? Biden Hardens Stand, Seeks Clarity From Netanyahu

U.S. has demanded that Israel present a clear and implementable plan for IDF's Rafah operation. U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said there needs to be a plan to get civilians out of harm's way. Blinken added that US. has not seen such a plan for Israel's military operation.
