Participants at this year's Swimrun World Championships have smashed the course records as they raced across Stockholm's archipelago. The total length of the race was 47miles (75kms). The men's race was completed in around 8 hours and the women's race took little over 9 and a half hours to finish. The mixed race took around 8 hours and 50minutes
