One of the biggest challenges currently facing Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is ensuring the safety of around 200 hostages currently in Hamas' grip. But Netanyahu is not a novice when it comes to hostage situations, since he was one of the commandos of Israeli elite special operations unit Sayeret Matkal, which rescued the passengers and crew of the Sabena airlines flight which was hijacked by Palestinians in 1972.
