Netizens on X, formerly Twitter, are trolling Pakistan's acting PM Anwaar ul Haq Kakar Over COP28 family photograph that also features PM Narendra Modi. The netizens are making fun of Pak PM Kakar for allegedly being isolated and sidelined at the climate summit.
