Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was caught on camera losing his cool at his Bulgarian counterpart during his visit to Sofia. President Rumen Radev kept referring to the Russia-Ukraine war as conflict and refused to arm Kyiv amid the war, angering Zelensky.
