65 percent people cannot digest lactose but that doesn't mean they are doomed to suffer from calcium deficiency. One glass is what a normal person needs to meet the daily requirement of calcium but if you are lactose intolerant, there are other options too. Orange juice, almonds, tofu and flaxseeds as good a source.
