Hopeful lottery participants rushed to buy tickets on Wednesday for a chance at the big win. The winning numbers 4,8,19,27,34 and powerball 10 were finally drawn on Wednesday night. And the winner? Well, California lotto officials tweeted almost immediately after that a winning ticket was sold in the state.
