Aamir Khan to launch promo of Tiger Shroff's Heropanti

After turning into a mentor of sorts for Tiger, Aamir Khan plans to launch the first promo of his debut film Heropanti. The unveiling of the promo is scheduled for the first week of April.

Looks like Tiger Shroff is getting help from Bollywood’s best before his movie debut.

An insider close to the film’s production team says, "The makers and Jackie thought of getting Aamir on board when they were planning the first look. This was due to the closeness that Aamir and Jackie share. When Aamir was approached, he too was very keen to be part of Tiger’s launch, as he is fond of the young actor."

The unveiling of the promo is scheduled to take place in the first week of April and it will also mark Tiger’s first press interaction.

When the young actor had signed the film, Aamir had assured Jackie that he would help them in every way possible, including with the marketing efforts. Jackie had told HT Café back then, "Aamir told Tiger that if he needs any help… he’s readily available. Aamir is an old friend, and this is a great gesture."

In 2012, there were rumours that Aamir was going to launch Tiger but those turned out to be unfounded. When asked about their relation, Aamir had also told us back then, "I have met Tiger on a couple of occasions. He is an extremely bright boy with a lot of potential and a very bright future... I think he will do very well for himself and has got a film on his own."
