Amitabh Bachchan believes Sujoy Ghosh is mad, wants to return home from his shoot

Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu and Sujoy Ghosh are working in a new film called Badla, the shoot of which began in Scotland on Wednesday.

Three talented Bollywood folks -- Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu and director Sujoy Ghosh -- are all set to begin work on their new film together, which is an official remake of 2016 Spanish film Contratiempo, also called The Invisible Guest. The Hindi film is called Badla.

We are aware that Amitabh is in Britain these days. Taapsee too began shooting for Badla in Scotland on Wednesday. However, a tweet by Sujoy nearly made him book his ticket back to Mumbai. On Thursday, Sujoy tweeted, “No matter how prepared you are -- you are never prepared for your shoot!”

Sujoy quickly wrote back, “sir we are waiting for you to start the party...”

Looks like Mr Bachchan is still to join the team.

Missing all the Twitter action, Taapsee jumped into the discussion with her observations. Clearly, despite being part of the team, she was feeling left out. Hence, she chipped in, “But where is the party? Why wasn’t I invited for it !?? I thought we are a part of the same team!!!”

Speaking about working with Amitabh again after Pink, Taapsee had told PTI, “I am very excited about this film. People wait to work with him and I got to work with him twice in two years. It gives me lot of excitement and I hope the magic gets repeated. When people say, Bachchan sir and I are a hit pair, it excites me. We will start shooting from June 14,” reports Deccan Chronicle.
