The favourite actor in a leading role male was awarded to Shah Rukh Khan and favourite actor in a leading role female was awarded to Priyanka Chopra. They were, however, not present to receive them.

Sonu Nigam was honoured with the favourite evergreen singer award, while his son Nevaan bagged the favourite child singer award. "It's a great feeling. It's Nevaan's first award," the proud father told reporters.
