If there is one actor equally busy in Hollywood and Bollywood, it’s Irrfan Khan. After being seen in recently released Inferno trailer with Tom Hanks, he is back with his Hindi film Madaari.
He plays a man who is accused of kidnapping the home minister’s son, while Jimmy Shergill is the cop in-charge to rescue the kid. Though the dialogues have A Wednesday touch, Irrfan has delivered them in his own style.

Directed by Nishikant Kamat, Madaari is inspired from a real life event that took place at an under-construction metro bridge on the Andheri-Kurla Road. Shot mostly in Delhi, Shimla, Dehradun and Mumbai, the film is a political satire.

{{/usCountry}}Irrfan and Kamat have earlier worked together in 2008 film Mumbai Meri Jaan. Kamat’s last film Rocky Handsome failed miserably at the box office, while Irrfan has become an international star in the meanwhile. Therefore, it will be interesting to see how Irrfan helps the director who showed faith in him when he still had not joined the big league. Kamat has earlier made Drishyam, Force and Lai Bhaari.
Madaari is all set to hit theatres on June 10.
