Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt’s Badrinath Ki Dulhania enters the Rs 100-crore club

Badrinath Ki Dulhania, starring the hit Bollywood pair of Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt, has picked up Rs 100 crore. This happens to be Varun’s third film and Alia’s second film to do so.

Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan’s Badrinath Ki Dulhania has entered the Rs 100-crore club. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted to confirm the film’s earnings in 15 days since its release.

Badrinath ki Dulhania was a Holi release.

Interestingly, it is the third film in Varun’s career, after ABCD 2 and Dilwale, and the second release for Alia (2 States) to make it to the coveted club.

The highlight of the film was the popular pairing of Varun and Alia (it is their third outing together after Student of The Year and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania) and its hit music. The fresh take on the ‘90s hit Tamma Tamma too was appreciated by the audience.
