Safar: Watch Shah Rukh Khan in this new song from Jab Harry Met Sejal

The third song of Imtiaz Ali’s Jab Harry Met Sejal was released on Monday afternoon and we are quite intrigued by Shah Rukh Khan’s antics in the video. Titled Safar, the song is a melodious number written by Irshad Kamil.

Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan shared the latest song of Imtiaz Ali’s upcoming film - Jab Harry Met Sejal - on Monday afternoon and it’s surely worth a watch.

Written by Irshad Kamil and composed by Pritam, the song is titled Safar. While there are a few shots of SRK from the movie, most of the video shows the actor in a friendly chat with Imtiaz, Irshad and Pritam when they were working on the song.Arijit Singh has lent his voice for Safar where Shah Rukh is seen grabbing the mike and trying his best to keep Pritam and everyone else away.

The song, nonetheless, is a soft, sweet and melodious number. The credit goes to Irshad’s well-chosen words as is evident from lines like “Jab se gaon se mai sheher hua, itna kadwa ho gaya ki zeher hua”.
