If you are tired of reading books the regular way, this gimmick by an institute in Holland might interest you.
An institute for fine art and design in Holland, The Jan van Eyck Academie, has come up with an experimental edition of Ray Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451, which requires you to nearly burn the book to read it.
The pages of the book are completely black till you bring heat close to the paper. The sooty layer then disappears revealing the printed text underneath.
The institute shared a video about it on Instagram and shared in comments that they are working on a plan to market this special heat edition.
The experiment makes more sense if you are familiar with the plot of the 1953 dystopian book by Ray Bradbury. Fahrenheit 451 is set in a society where books are outlawed and burnt by firemen.
