The new limited edition variant brings an exclusive Sundowner Orange colour option as a tribute to the growing Meteor community

The key update is the new Sundowner Orange paint scheme, introduced to celebrate the growing Meteor community worldwide that now crosses the milestone of over half a million motorcycles sold globally. The colourway is aimed as a visual tribute to sunset rides and long-distance cruising, set apart from the fray with exclusive detailing and commemorative badging exclusive to this model.

Tubeless spoked wheels

The Sundowner Orange edition adds on tubeless wire-spoke wheels

Among the most notable hardware upgrades is the addition of aluminium tubeless spoked rims. The combination of spoke wheels with tubeless tyres preserves off-road durability while offering the ease of repairability. The motorcycle continues to ride on the familiar 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel setup.

New features across the Meteor range

The new variant also adds a pillion backrest and a deluxe touring seat for added comfort

Royal Enfield has also updated the feature list across the Meteor lineup. The Fireball and Stellar variants now get an LED headlamp and the Tripper pod as standard, while Aurora and Supernova introduce adjustable brake and clutch levers for improved ergonomics. The updates across all variants include LED indicators, a USB Type-C fast-charging port and an assist-and-slip clutch.

There are no changes to the engine. The Meteor continues with the 349 cc air-oil-cooled single-cylinder J-series unit that produces 20.2 bhp at 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm at 4,000 rpm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The chassis, suspension and braking setup remain identical to the standard models.
