135 encroachers issued challans

Municipal Corporation Chandigarh removed encroachments from different markets across the city in a special anti-encroachment drive conducted on Friday. Items being sold without authorisation were seized during the drive.

Municipal Corporation Chandigarh removed encroachments from different markets across the city in a special anti-encroachment drive conducted on Friday.

As many as 135 violators were issued challans during the drive. The enforcement team removed encroachments from Sectors 17, 22, 34, 46, 47 Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research and Manimajra.

Items being sold without authorisation were seized during the drive.
