For the first time, Haryana Roadways will operate five complimentary mini-buses to shuttle devotees between Shri Mansa Mata Singh Dwar and the Mela bus stand, offering convenient pick-up and drop-off points. Additionally, shuttle bus services will be available from key locations, including Chandigarh Railway Station, ISBT-17, ISBT-43, Kalka, and Zirakpur, to improve connectivity.

In a first-time initiative, Shri Mata Mansa Devi Shrine Board secretary Sharda Prajapati announced that “Chabeel” (refreshing drink) arrangements will be made to provide relief from the anticipated hot weather, ensuring the comfort of devotees.

Security arrangements have been significantly strengthened, with a substantial deployment of police personnel and security guards at entry and exit points. Thirteen police checkpoints, divided into four zones, will be established. Help counters and announcement centres will also be set up to assist visitors.

Acknowledging the needs of elderly, differently-abled, physically weak devotees and pregnant women, the shrine board will provide dedicated e-rickshaws and lift facilities within the temple premises. While these services will be free for vulnerable devotees, a lift facility will also be available for others at a nominal fee of 500.

Flowers from Kolkata

Preparations for floral and lighting decorations are underway, featuring marigold flowers sourced from Kolkata and other varieties to create a vibrant ambiance.
