Chandigarh: PU’s ‘Kavach 3.0’ fest begins with military displays, army dog show

The festival, being organised by the PU department of defence and national security studies, will continue on Friday with an army horse show and NCC activities

Panjab University’s (PU) two-day annual literary and cultural festival “Kavach 3.0” began on Thursday with military equipment displays, NCC tableaux and an army dog show (right) drawing crowds.
