Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) president Rao Narender Singh on Tuesday met All India Congress Committee (AICC) president Mallikarjun Kharge and held discussion on the prevailing political situation in the state.
In a statement, the HPCC chief said that Kharge was apprised of ongoing organisational programmes and the party’s roadmap for the coming months.
Singh said that he briefed the AICC president about the various organisational initiatives and public-outreach programmes being undertaken by the HPCC.
Singh also informed Kharge about the three-month organisational roadmap prepared by the HPCC. The roadmap focuses on further strengthening the party organisation down to the booth level, activating and mobilising Congress workers, and taking up issues affecting the people through programmes, outreach initiatives and mass movements across Haryana.
