Haryana has registered a robust 22% increase in gross SGST collection in the current Financial Year 2025–26 over the preceding financial year, according to the latest data released by the Union ministry of finance.

According to a spokesperson of the state excise and taxation department, Haryana’s gross SGST collection (post-settlement) for the current financial year has reached ₹44,460 crore, which is ₹7,918 crore more than the collection up to February in last financial year, thus registering a growth rate of 22%.
In the month of February also, Haryana’s gross SGST growth rate remained high with 23% growth as compared to the month of February in last year.
The excise and taxation commissioner Vinay Pratap Singh said that Haryana has total 6,22,478 GST tax-payers in the state and GST suvidha kendras have been opened in all the districts of Haryana for facilitating registration under GST law. “Haryana has been registering a robust GST growth due to improved tax compliance because of reforms done over the past few years in the GST regime and better tax analysis systems adopted by the excise and taxation department of Haryana,” Singh said.
