A fire broke out in the computer science lab of Kurukshetra University (KU) during an ongoing practical examination on Friday.
No casualties or injuries were reported. However, the incident caused heavy infrastructure damage to computers, furniture and air conditioners.Officials suspect an explosion in an air conditioner in the lab caused the fire, which occurred while nearly 20 students were attending a practical session.
