Usha Albuquerque, Career counsellor
She is the director of Career Smart, a columnist on careers and a career counsellor for several national dailies. Usha Albuquerque is also the co-author of the book Alternative Career Choices with Amrit Sujan. Published by Macmillan, the book guides the reader towards career opportunities that were traditionally not so popular - as well as analyses trends that are in vogue in India today. It also gives an indication of the types of jobs available in the days to come.

They are psychologists with MAX Healthcare. They have been involved with helping students through times of psychological pressure. They have been involved with similar initiatives in various schools and colleges across Delhi.

Amrit Sujan
She is the Director of Career Smart, a career counselling institution. For the last seven years, she has been involved in helping young adults chart their future and deal with all issues of concern to them. Before she switched to career counseling, she was the Human Resources chief at ITC and has also been involved in executing projects for the World Bank.
