David Warner and Peter Handscomb put on an unbeaten partnership of 127 runs for the third wicket to take Australia to 225/2 at stumps on Day 2 of the second Test against Bangladesh on Chittagong. Captain Steve Smith also played a handy knock of 58 before getting out. Earlier, Nathan Lyon completed the formalities in the morning, bowling out Bangladesh for 305. The Australian spinner ended up with 7/94, the fourth time he has scalped seven wickets or more in an innings. Mushfiqur Rahim top-scored for the hosts with 68 while Sabbir Rahman had made 66 on Monday. Nasir Hossain also gave good support at the end with his 45. The hosts resumed the day at 253/6, adding 52 more at the loss of four wickets.
