The Zimbabwe cricket team beat the Ireland cricket team in a Super Six match of the ICC World Cup qualifiers 2018 by 107 runs in Harare on Friday. Batting first, Zimbabwe could only put up a modest total of 211/9 in their 50 overs. However, a superb all-round bowling performance saw them skittle out Ireland for 104 in the second innings. Zimbabwe had carried three points into the Super Six following a victory over Afghanistan and a tied match against Scotland, while Ireland had moved ahead with two carry-over points following their 226-run victory over the UAE.
