UP Board Exam 2025 Live: Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) started the Class 10 and Class 12 final examinations today, February 24. On the first day, High School or Class 10 students wrote the Hindi exam during the first shift (from 8:30 am to 11:45 am). In the second shift, they will take the Healthcare paper (from 2 pm to 5:15 pm). Intermediate or Class 12 board students appeared for the Military Science paper in the first shift.   UP Board Exam 2025 Live: Aman Yadav, a Class 10 student from Gautam Budh Nagar said, “The first exam went well. I was a bit nervous at the start, but once I started writing, my confidence grew. The questions were mostly from the syllabus just like our practice papers. Now, I will focus on revising for the next exam.”

  Another high school student, Anjali Verma, said, "I have been revising for months, focusing on Science and Mathematics. The pressure is real but our teachers have been very supportive. The biggest challenge is managing time during the exams, but I am confident about my preparation".

  An intermediate student, Arun Pratap said, "This year’s board exams feel crucial as they will impact my college admissions. I have been practicing sample papers daily and avoiding distractions. The exam centre security measures make me a bit nervous, but I appreciate the efforts to ensure a fair exam".

UP Board Exam 2025 Live: CCTV monitoring
To prevent irregularities during the exams, the board is monitoring through over 10,000 high-resolution CCTV cameras.
The board said cameras will send a 24-hour feed to the state control room in Lucknow.
Cameras with zooming ability have been placed outside strong rooms at examination centres to prevent question papers from leaking.

This year, over 12 per cent of the exam centres have been assessed as hypersensitive or sensitive.
As per board secretary Bhagwati Singh, utmost care was taken to set up the centres.
“All district inspectors of schools have submitted their list of sensitive and hypersensitive centers to the Board."
