The results of the medical entrance examination conducted by the Kerala government will be published on Wednesday.
The state medical entrance test, known as Kerala Engineering, Agriculture and Medical (KEAM), was held on April 27-28.
More than 450,000 students appeared for the test conducted across 300 centres in the state and outside.
Kerala was the only state that conducted the state entrance examination before the Supreme Court pronounced its verdict that students should be admitted in all medical colleges only through the national eligibility-cum-entrance test (NEET).
The state entrance commissioner, BS Mavoji, said the decision to publish the results was taken after the copy of the latest ordinance promulgated by the Union government was received. The date of the commencement of admission will be decided later, he said.

The state had approached the Supreme Court to modify its order that the state can’t conduct a separate examination for medical entrance but its plea was turned down. However, the court gave another opportunity to students who missed NEET-1, and NEET-2 examination will be held on July 24.
